  • Weak tea, chicory, rosehip broth, not too sweet compotes, mainly from dried apricots, prunes.

 

Diet number 3 involves 4-5 meals a day with the obligatory intake of 200 ml of kefir at night. In the morning it is recommended to drink a glass of raw water, you can add honey.
