Chief Nurse Annual Report
The obligatory annual report of the head nurse is drawn up in accordance with the plan for the past (reporting) year. The head nurse draws up a report on the work done for the year by sections of the plan.
The first paragraph of the report is often a message about the personnel of the department:
- what rates were available at the beginning of the year, their number;
- how many of these rates were occupied, how many were free;
- number of employees of junior and middle personnel by positions;

Checking the fire-fighting condition and the state of labor protection in the department
Activities carried out under the fire prevention program, the labor protection program of a medical organization, for example:
- replacement of the evacuation plan in case of fire (old to updated);
- updating the marking of escape routes in case of fire;
- conducting repeated briefings of middle and junior staff with a knowledge test according to the plan;
- conducting initial briefings with newly hired employees of the department.
Material and technical base
Reflect information on the inventory of medical equipment, drugs subject to quantitative accounting, verification of medical devices, the acquisition of new and decommissioning of old equipment.
Sanitary and epidemiological regime
Reflect the activities carried out as part of the Production Control of the medical organization - the use of disinfectants, quality control of cleaning - current and general, equipping the department with bactericidal irradiators, control of pre-sterilization treatment in the department and other activities carried out according to the specifics of the department.

Specify measures to control the storage and use of medicines and maintain appropriate accounting and reporting documentation.
Sanitary and educational work
Reflect the titles of issued sanitary bulletins, topics of conversations with patients and their relatives, seasonal health education events during an outbreak of influenza, other infectious diseases.
Leisure
Indicate the events held as part of the joint leisure of the department's employees, organizing meetings with veterans of the department or service, organizing birthday days, professional holidays ( medical worker's day , nurse's day ), holding competitive events for common holidays.
