If you have not worked in your specialty for 10 years, no one will put you in a medical position without training - the qualification is lost, it must be confirmed after training. The employer can send you to study at his own expense, at your expense with subsequent payment, or without payment. It depends on which employer, and everything will be legal. But you will need to study for 2-3 months, and you need to work this time. Therefore, an employer should NOT offer you a position for which you have lost your qualifications. Another thing is that it can, at its discretion.
